The new 2012 Peugeot 4008 will go on sale after the Geneva Motor Show
We first saw the 2012 Peugeot 4008 last year, and now we get new information, photos and video ahead of its production debut at Geneva. Peugeot (and Citroen) have form for taking Mitsubishi SUVs and turning the them in to Gallic off-roaders. Which is why we’re getting the Peugeot 4008, the Peugeot take on the Mitsubishi ASX.
Ron Dennis apologises to McLaren MP4-12C owners
A couple of weeks ago we reported that McLaren was having some teething problems with their new MP4-12C but weren’t, despite reports to the contrary, halting production. The problems seemed to be mainly software related, with issues including warning lights flashing on and battery drainage issues, which seemed to be because the MP4-12C’s electronics didn’t turn off when the car was halted. But it seemed McLaren were working on the issues with the same sort of zeal we’ve come to recognise from their F1 programme, no doubt spurred on by the wrath of Ron Dennis.

The VW Passat CC – the swoopy-coupe version of the regular Passat – has been around for four years and has hardly changed since it launched. But now its time for Volkswagen’s Mondeo-sized offering that thinks it’s a Mercedes CLS to get a bit of a makeover.
